I have never raged so hard in trying to put together such a tiny metal model of a Guardian. I would rather pay someone to put it together for me than how I’m currently doing.
I bet I would of had more luck finding a match in MCC’s launch than successfully putting together this rage-inducing model.
I would rather spend an eternity playing “The Library” on Legendary over and over again than puting together this model.
Overall…Metal Earth, make your models easier to put together next time. Good lord, man.

Broke? I’ve only seen one thread of theirs actually being broken. Others just had Locke’s head off, which it’s supposed to do so you can swap between face/helmet.

There have been quite a few threads about people complaining that MCs Shoulder/Knee pieces were broken off and a few complaining about lockes rifle
I know about the inter changeable heads and the secret compartment
I just have concerns with the statue given some of these incidents and the fact that tri-force is the same company that created a batmobile statue so bad that warner brothers interactive cancelled the batmobile edition of arkham knight seven days before launch

I can see other Metal Earth models being slightly easier but this Guardian one is just ridiculous. Proceed with caution and prepare to rage when (or if) you start it.

Oh my god, I looked at my statue and there it was. My mind was blown lol.
On a side note it’s kind of morbid they put it in a black bag…just like they did with Chief’s helmet in the Halo 3 legendary edition.

When I opened my collectors edition up everything seemed to be in good condition for me. Nothing was broken, all the codes worked and everything came with it.

It’s difficult having the game pre-downloaded and not being able to play it. I always keep pressing it occasionally, knowing it won’t start but still hoping the game loads up…

One of the benefits of working at Eb games is that I am going to get to go through the statues and pick the best one for myself…

It comes with two models. The big statue made by Tri-force (mine is fine, plus a lot of people initially think they’re broken, but Locke’s head is supposed to be detachable) and a second metal model that you’re supposed to build yourself. It’s mind numbingly complicated and fiddly. It’s made by a different company called metal earth.
I haven’t even tried putting that together yet. Its just sitting in the Halo 5 Xbox one’s box.

Only put it together if you have a lot of time to spare and if you dont get angered as easily as others lol
I’ve decided not to build it and leave it as it is.
I’m really not looking forward to assembling my Guardian on Tuesday.
I hope I have better luck, because I raged out on simple things like putting the guns on the reach statue. Also I haven’t heard about the broken halo 5 statues, then again I haven’t looked. I hope to god my stuff isn’t broken because the return policy is probably crappy. For instance my halo reach disk broke and game stop wanted me to put everything back together and ship it back for a new legendary edition. Which makes no sense when all I need is a new disk, something that’s on a shelf in the store. But game stop wants me to go back home, pack up my legendary edition and ship it back, which might take a week or longer, just to put a fix my disk problem. I mean yeah there is probably a good reason for the policy, but it seems overly complicated. Anyway I ended up buying a used copy instead of putting everything back and shipping it out. Best of luck with building your metal earth statue.
