Short version: too many grenades ruins the fun of shooting people
after playing halo 5 for some time now i have become really concerned with the amount of grenades that are both lying around maps, and also in the air from being thrown by players. This game has way too many grenades to even be considered fun.
Ex. Warzone: contesting/capturing a neutral/enemy base there is just an absurd number of grenades thrown.
This example applies to every game mode too, Spawning with 2 grenades is a bit much, when playing you should be using them sparingly only to really flush out enemies from cover or attempting to destroy vehicles

Yup, definitely agree. It makes Fathom damn near unplayable.
My solution would be spawn with one grenade and have grenade spawns have one grenade as well. This would significantly reduce the grenade spam and lead to much more interesting encounters.
Halo has always had that famous gun-grenade-melee triangle of combat in it’s firefights.
Now it seems like there’s grenades flying every second. It was never this bad from what I remember in my Halo days of 3, Reach and 4.
It would be better if everyone started with just 1 grenade.

Only if the company pays them enough. Can’t have those shareholders upset.
