I have purchased the Halo 5: Gaurdians Greatest Hits Customization REQ pack, the order has went through and I was charged but I have not recieved the pack itself on my account. I have Contacted Microsoft and was told to try and contact the Developers to try and rectify this situation, and cannot find any other way of contacting other than through the forums.
