>
> “Hitmarkers is just another convenience. We all expect convenience in triple A titles, right? You even said that about selling multiple reqs at once.”
>
> “Again we have another convenience. This is for those skillful players who are trying to burst fire at longer ranges. It’s also for those CoD guys who want to physically see ADS. It doesn’t affect me or the game so I’m fine with it. Do you have a problem with the assault rifle aiming in SPV3 or the recon SMG from ODST?”

> The armor is terrible I wont say it looks like plastic but dont act like the armor is perfect. “I wasn’t. I realized that there was a typo in my post. I meant to say that the armor glows (not goes) which makes it appear cartoony. I know the armor isn’t perfect, but there are a lot that I like. The customization does need to be a lot better though.”
>
> No comment “yay we agree on something.”

> I dont want to get into that argument again. “Fine by me”

> Spartans have been seriously dumbed down and its an obvious attempt at attracting the young “hip” teen audience but in turn makes them sound cheezy and unprofessional. Police officers act more civilized than spartans, think that through for a bit. (Seriously why do they have to say “Nice kill with the shotty”, its so -Yoink!- cringey and unnecessary) “What’s wrong with the spsrtan
> saying things? Nice kill with the shotty? That’s what organized teams would actually say to each other. Not all Spartans are quiet like master chief. Many make the mistake of associating the Spartan IV’s with fireteam Majestic, which puts an awful view of the Spartan IV’s into your minds. Majestic was just the more outgoing fun Spartans, while Crimson was the silent ones who got the job done and Osiris was more professional. I don’t see how the intro/outro cutscene thing is “hip.” They just stand there with their guns.”

> NO, JUST NO! You cannot tell me that Halo 5 is skillful whatsoever, just stop! Just because Microsoft is sponsoring their own tournaments with huge cash pools doesn’t mean the game is competitive. **Halo 5 is the least competitive Halo out of the bunch and there is no denying that! Fast ttks, hitscan weapons, massive auto aim, massive bullet magnetism, and twitch mechanics do not result in a competitive game!**The ranking system is terrible! WHO CARES if 5% of players smurf! I certainly dont give a crap, I’d rather have no ranking system than the excuse found in Halo 5. "Oh man, this one I have to wholeheartedly disagree with and I’m actually kind of sad that you hold this opinion. BUT I WILL WIPE AWAY MY TEARS TO ARGUE!!! Are you saying that Reach and 4, with all their loadouts and armor abilities, is more competitive than halo 5? I know you can make an argument that halo 2 was more competitive (which I disagree with), but I gave you the 2 most obvious examples. Halo CE had the fastest TTK, so would you call that game competive? Hitscan adds more competitiveness to the game as randomness and slight lag don’t affect it. The auto aim is to combat the Spartan abilities. There’s barely any bullet magnetism. If you want, I’ll give you some links detailing how halo 2/3 has higher bullet magnetism. What are twitch mechanics to you? If you say whoever shoots first wins, you’re just lying to yourself and being naive. The ranking system is not perfect, but it is not terrible. Everyone gets ranked according to their skill and play people around their skill.

> Are we playing the same game? “No. I’m playing a fun game that I can enjoy despite its flaws. You are playing a game that has sprint and is not like halo 3.”
>
> Quality>Quantity, its not rocket science. “I actually thought a lot of halo 3’s armor looked awful. EVA looked like you just had a giant bubble on your head and halo 4/5’s scout is so much better. CQB was pretty cool though.”
>
> No Comment “2 things we agree on in one thread? What is going on?”
>
> Then why call it firefight in the first place? If it plays nothing like firefight then why tarnish its name and spit in everyone’s face who actually enjoyed the original FF? "The name Firefight was to attract old players, and it worked.
>
> Yeah that’s what he stating? Your point? The physics are still bad. “I was agreeing with him.”
>
> It wasnt bad, it was terrible. “No, there was still some, like Chief meeting Cortana, Exuberant Witness, and how could we forget about Buck?”
>
> Really? I’m not even gonna argue… “The warden is so much better than Tartarus, Regret, 343 Guilty Spark, and the first Scarab. The Warden may be hated, but he was designed pretty good, just not good enough for us to like fighting him 7 times.”
>
> It doesnt matter if it makes sense, its still a horrible plot. American Horror Story doesn’t make sense at times but that show still has an amazing plot. Little kid books make sense but they have no plot. “Tod has a dog. Tog walked the dog. Tod was happy. Hooray for Tod and his dog!” THE END. By your logic that would constitute as a good story. “He said the plot didn’t make sense. You’d bans to be pretty stupid not know the basics of what is going on.”
>
> Yeah they are. They didnt benefit the game in this case. “I made a whole thread detailing why they aren’t bad. Do you want to give it to you?”
>
> Theater is a pathetic excuse and should’ve never been released to the public, this mode shows you how lazy and unmotivated 343 is especially since they still haven’t fixed it TO THIS DAY!! (Almost a year later!!!) “They have different priorities, but it definitely needs to get fully reworked for halo 6.”
>
> Again it shows how incompetent/lazy/oblivious 343 is.The biggest thread on HW is about adding playable elites, and to this day they have not acknowledged the thread. “Why acknowledge the thread and give them hope if they aren’t going to do it just yet?”
>
> I dont know about you but I expect a polished and quality game especially when we are talking about the AAA console seller known as Halo. But hey maybe I set my expectations to high, maybe I am dumb for thinking 343 would actually take their time to implement a highly requested feature into the game, maybe Im just to optimistic, silly me. “Again with the convenience argument. It’d be nice, but we don’t NEED it.”
>
> Sure it will. “Remember, the Scorpio is coming out. I said split screen will return most likely in some form. The Scorpio is probably how they’re going to do it.”
>
> Again, unpolished and inexcusable from a triple A title. “That’s what happens when people bash halo 4’s great UI, they make everything opposite.”
>
> A lot of what you said was attempting to subdue the problems and acting like they done exist. You cant be a glass half full type of person forever, especially not with 343. I learned that the hard way. “Living a life of thinking the glass is half full leads to a much happier life. I think that is why I enjoy every new halo game. You should try it out. You might enjoy halo 5 more. I know issues exist, but issues always exist, and there is always something positive to find. We’ve acknowledged the issues and we hope 343 have listened to our complaints and change them for halo 6, but in the meantime, I’m going to look at the positives and have a ton of fun in halo 5.”
I just commented on your post to make it easier for the both of us. I put what I said in quotations. I had to delete some of your comments for all this to fit.
