I seem to be having a glitch where I cannot play Halo 5 Multiplayer, even though I have Gold. It gives me a message that says that I am not suited for these modes. Any help or advice?

Try hard doing a hard reset of your Xbox. Eg plug it out from the wall and boot it up and open Halo 5. This might fix your issue.
