Halo 5 Gamestop Pre order (No codes)

I pre ordered Halo 5 Limited Edition from gamestop, but I don’t know how to get the pre order bonuses. I didn’t pick up at store, I had it shipped to my house directly. I have the case with the disc and all the contents, but I don’t know where to recieve the codes for the pre-order bonuses. Help me!

Did you recieve a receipt with your shipment? I know GameStop usually prints their codes on the receipt.

I’m in the same boat. Checked the shipping label. No code. Checked my email spam box. Nothing. I heard some people having ordered their copies from the Microsoft Store website and having to wait 10 days for their bonuses. Maybe Gamestop is having some similar issue. Anyway I’ve emailed them yesterday and still waiting for a response. Fingers crossed we get them sooner rather than later.

Having same issue. I got the GameStop preorder and the digital preorder but haven’t gotten any of them I hope I didn’t just waste money on something I will never get

Yeah, I emailed them too, but I haven’t received a reply for the last three days. Getting worried, knew I should’ve stuck with pick up at store.

I just called their customer service number and they gave me a code over the phone. Granted, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes on hold before I got to talk to someone, but I knew going in, based on what I’ve read from other people, that I’d be on hold for AT LEAST 30 minutes to an hour. So what I did was just put the phone down, on speaker, and went to do other things in the meantime. At the 30 minute mark, I came back and hung around for a bit while listening to make sure that the ads were still playing. Eventually someone came on and that’s when I picked up the phone and, after a few minutes, got the code easy peasy. Just have your order number on hand and you’ll be fine.

TL:DR call Gamestop customer service and they’ll give you your code if they haven’t emailed it to you already and you pre-ordered Halo 5 online. Just be aware that you’re most likely gonna be on hold for upwards of 30 minutes.

Thanks for the help! Where did you find their customer service number? I’m going to give them a call.
