microsoft support ask me to post here for a halo specialist. Halo 5 simply freezes and I reinstalled once, tried all the steps on xbox support web page… Now I don’t know what to do.
Where does it freeze? Do you make it to the main menu? You are being too vague in your explanation.
Without more detail, all I can suggest is a hard reset on the xbox.
After 5-10 minutes playing, online or campaing, the game freezes. The image is static and there is a continuous, very unpleasent high pitch sound that is heard until I manually power off the console or that the game crashes to dashboard.
Sometimes the game just freezes at the main menu…
No other game, whatsoever does that.
So much for a “halo specialist” I don’t know where Microsoft support get their ideas, anyway they refunded me my digital copy and I bought a disc version of the game everything works fine.
