does anyone else hope that we can get some new content soon it doesnt need to be another update it just seems like halo 5 has been kind of barren latley
We might be seeing one last update. The lack of a community update could mean that they are holding back on a H5 content teaser release. This is all speculation and there hasn’t been any official word on an update.
We just got some new btb maps and the new ghost in a shell maps are in the community slayer or what ever it’s called so technically we did just get something… Also the new HCS settings in HCS playlist.
Oh and skee ball in action sack if you get lucky enough to play it.
I would really appreciate some extra WZFF maps please!
I am hoping for some sort of halo 3 anniversary update, or a halo wars 2 themed update for halo 5 like new vehicle variants and possibly a weapon or two
Anything would be nice some new modes in action sack or just a new req would be nice just something to keep player interest

Yeah the problem is that sense theirs not a voting system you just get stuck with tank world all the time

I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it again, Hayabusa will never return due to Team Ninja being it’s owner. Unless 343i has future plans with Team Ninja then it might return in Halo 6 and there was a 343i model of Hayabusa which might hint something.

I do agree with you on that one. Hayabusa will most likely never return to future halos. But here’s still hoping for the older versions of armors.
Halo 5 could be due with at least one new update. Hopefully, since 343 says H3A isn’t happening, it will be Halo 3 centered. You can’t ignore Halo 3 turning 10, you just can’t.
I’m hoping they introduce a new permanent classic playlist with old H3 Favorite maps like The Pit, Guardian, Construct, Narrows etc as DLC for H5. All of the H3 maps have been recreated to near perfection in Forge and we already have the possibility to change the movement mechanics and turn off spartan abilities so that shouldn’t be a problem. They could also give us the brute shot and the mauler back and a helmet or two as well like Hayabusa. I would hope that this playlist would be more like Team Arena and include objective gametypes like oddball and KOTH as well. I’d be so hyped on that but I just hope they dont completely ignore the anniversary. That would be tragic

I mean in a perfect world they would keep adding content till H6 but that’s just not realistic. It’s been a year and 7 months since launch and we haven’t gotten a substantial content update for quite a while so I think they’re done. Most likely they’ve shifted their main focus to H6 and all we’ll be getting is bug fixes from here on out. Maybe we’ll get the occasional wave of BTB maps because those are community made. Some action sack stuff too possibly.
EDIT: I personally hope they apply the HCS settings to the other ranked playlists.

Although i doubt were going to get multiple updates however something small would be nice plus i doubt halo 6 will be announced this year much less 2018

H6 would be 2018 at the earliest, hoping for a 2019 release myself.
