please help. Yesterday i traded in my current xbox one and an old 360 slim to get the halo edition console. i have been playing halo for quite a while. Anyways as i was opening the box and getting everything set up i could not keep the excitement back. i log in and start downloading profiles ect. I started the download for the game. At this point i started to scratch off the code for the fotus armor and emblem. Low and behold i pushed to hard and scratched the code off and now i can not read it or make it out. There is also no qr code on the card. I contacted xbox support 3 different times and each time they told me they were unable to do anything about it. They referred me back to the retailer (Gamestop) i purchased the console from. I called up the retailer and explained my situation. They will not let me return the console for another as i have used the codes and it is my fault. You guys are my last option. Is there any other way for me to just simply get a new fotus code. I have tried to piece mine together, however i can only make out 11 of the 25 characters in the code. Please help me. This armor was one of the main reasons i wanted the console along with all of the other cool goodies you get. I can send you pictures and the serial number for my console if you need it. Please help!
