Now with Halo MCC being fully ported to PC and with the sad delay of Halo Infinite, why not port over Halo 5 forge to steam? I recently installed it as I was getting a bit bored with Halo MCC (No offense to it). Sadly the FOV is still nauseating and the fps cap is still at 60. 343 said they would add in those features a while ago and they’re still not there. While looking for a fix, I came across with a mod that let me change the fov and damn, Halo 5 forge is so damn fun. I was amazed how fun it could be. So, please 343, port Halo 5 forge to pc as F2P, throw in the campaign and maybe warzone (maybe matchmaking) in as a maybe $5 dlc and also allow people to customize in game as well as unlock armors. To be fair, Teh Spearhead had this idea first so yea or some other people. Add in the fov, uncapped framerates, customization elements, (maybe even req packs if there is no other way to earn armors which is sad), locking player input and bingo. I understand that it may not be viable to spend money to port over a game that the community doesn’t really appreciate much but Halo 5’s multiplayer is pretty solid. This is just an idea, if it doesn’t happen that’s okay too.
