I keep hearing that Tom French confirmed that the new Forge weapons swap glitch is “here to stay” but any links I get directing me to said confirmation don’t mention it at all. Is there or is there not confirmation?

Why? Sure it can be fun to have a Scourge of Fire Chaingun and Ad Victoriam Storm Rifles but I don’t want to see minigames being based off of this glitch.

Don’t play Customs that use the glitch then. Finding glitches within Forge has become PART of Forge for Halo. Hell, floating blocks in Halo 3 was a glitch. That was before Fixed and Phased were even a thing.

Well then don’t play customs then, because customs have been utilizing glitches like this since Halo CE, this is the first real Halo thing I’ve seen in Halo 5, and 343 would have to be either completely insane, or totally ignorant of the community to remove this glorious ability.

Why not?? Minigames based off of this mechanic could make for some really unique gameplay.
