I was looking forward to playing some custom games on PC however the extremely narrow field of view in this game is making my stomach queasy and from what I can tell there is no way to change it. I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for a good arena shooter until 343 can fix this issue, I hope that if they do port a full game to PC one day they’ll realize how important that functionality is. Here’s hoping for Halo 6 with a better port on PC, I’m sure it would be enormously popular if they did it well.
I love halo and have been looking forward to playing it again after 5 years. I heard that there is also a 60FPS lock.
Am I going to even have fun playing it? I have to stomach the armor abilities but I hope its not simply a bad port 
CalvinXCandy Yes there is indeed a 60 fps lock, although I would have preferred an unlocked framerate, to me that’s not as egregious as no FoV control. Though it’s worth noting I’m only running a 60 hz display so for you 120+ hz gamers it hurts a little more.
Co-signing for an FOV option!
While I’m happy we have Halo at all on PC an FOV slider is about as mandatory as colorblind options. Tiny FOV gives me headaches and makes me feel ill after any sort of extended play session. I hope it gets added. Or at least maybe we’ll see it in Halo 6.
