it’s been a week since there is a bug that prevents you from rotating the blocks on the side of their face. Please solve it as soon as possible this bug I have to make a map for E3 for a youtuber, plus it is impossible to create the maps like that.

Sounds like you changed your rotation settings using the quick actions embedded in pressing certain button combos in Forge. Go into the Forge menu and toggle the rotation settings a few times until it’s back how you prefer it to be.
