Halo 5 Forge Glitch makes maps unable to be edited

I have found a glitch that has occurred on 3 of my maps so far. On 2 of them the spawn points were not placed. I went to go back and continue forging them and i found myself spawning but unable to move or use any controls. The third map (A hurricane Katrina remake) Had an initial spawn point and a respawn point. However the nature of the remade map sends objectives flying all over the place and they seem to spawn ontop of the spawn and respawn points. So far i have lost three maps due to this glitch since i can only spawn and not move. Here is a link to a recording i did a few minutes ago.

Same thing is happening to me, I am very disappointed with not being able to edit my maps.

Same thing happened to me, so I had to.delete my map

Same thing here. Not only that but the interactive keypad or additional interactive keypads always move back to the original keypad’s original spawn position whenever modified in the slightest. Nothing like spending days on projects just for them to be unretrievable
