  2. Will there be any dedicated Server Software so you can rotate the maps?
  3. Will there be any RCON software for the server?
  4. Is there any command line settings now to kick or ban players when hosting a game?

I can’t answer your last three questions, but I’m pretty sure 343 confirmed that there would be a Custom Games browser so you can find open Custom Games in both Forge and Xbox.
