Yes, Machinima Control allows the use of detaching the camera from the spartan, weapon lowering, and such.

It doesn’t do camera tricks, you still need to move the camera manually.

Hold Down on D-pad and X to lower weapon
Hold Up on D-pad and X to enter camera mode, use select to switch between camera and spartan
