Halo 5 forge at 1fps and cant load menus

I have just recently tried to play halo 5 forge on my pc again after a while, but whenever i launch the game the audio is very glitchy, and is at barely 1fps, i’m also stuck on the “press enter to continue” screen and cannot go to the menus at all, i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, uninstalled the HALO app, and reset halo 5 forge.

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x
32GB ram
Nvidia Gefore GTX 1060 6GB

any help would be greatly appreciated.

How about the graphics settings/optimizations? Do you use GeForce Experience to download the latest drivers and let it optimize the settings for you?
