The Magnum and DMR already exist as five-shot kill weapons. Use those instead if you want to “kill others in a game with more skill”.
I don’t see how making the time to kill longer by making it take an extra shot will make it more competitive. I think it’s fine as is really. H5 has the best weapon balance of all titles IMO.
