Halo 5 firefight?

Will Halo 5 have firefight? If it does it would be cool if it had

  • The ability to create your own maps. - Daylight changes. If you survive long enough you can fight until the sun goes down or until the sun rises if it’s a nighttime map.- Permanent bodies. I want to see evidence of my kill count.- Flood and Promethean firefight modes.

I’d like to see some Objectives in Firefight aswell!
One player hacks into some stuff while the other three guard him.

That would be cool. Maybe have a super large map and have the players be forced to fight their way across it to complete objectives.

It should be optional though. Sometimes I just want to shoot things.

I know the feeling.

Flood and Promethean firefight modes sound so good! Especially if when a team member dies, you see them get infected by flood and they come back to attack you! Or if you’re facing Prometheans, they ‘compose’ the dead Spartan and they become a Knight!

Also, I think that customisable maps in forge and firefight voices should appear in Halo 5. Along with all the options of Reach’s firefight.

wasn’t just what Spartan Ops was?

A flood mode, and possibly a mode based off the co-op matches in spartan assault.

Not possible unfortunately. No matter how powerful a system is, there just has to be the point where the processing power needed is just too much for it to handle.

Well, obviously 343 has yet to confirm one way or the other on this, but I personally would think of it as a gigantic missed opportunity if they left this phenomenal mode out of yet another new title. Firefight had become an integral and exciting piece of the Halo puzzle for ODST and Reach, and yet the developers left it out of Halo 4, a game that was desperately hurting for more meaningful modes. I know, Spartan Ops was in it. But if we’re really honest with ourselves, Spartan Ops doesn’t really hold a candle to Firefight.

I hope Halo 5 will have firefight. It would be a great addition to the game.
