As a loyal halo fan for years I Iove the game dearly and I am very happy with how you are handling the franchise but today I have a big favor to ask.
Can you please make firefight a new mode in halo 5? I would really appreciate it! I love the game with all my heart and I’m sure many other people do so I think as loyal halo fans our feedback should be listened to so please listen to my request and make the mode into halo 5.

unfortunately I strongly doubt they will be making any sort of big changes like that, this late into the game’s life.
The next best thing is Warzone Firefight. Its similar to the old school firefight- you fight waves of enemies.
the main differences are:
now there are objectives
only 5 rounds, ever
always playing on a team - no solo play
reqs
Good luck with that. 343 won’t even fix a lobby bug that’s negatively affecting all their playlists so taking the time to add something new to Firefight seems like an even bigger long shot.
They’re focusing more so on Halo Infinite, so don’t expect any real changes to happen. Least of all something like adding the OG Firefight mode. If anything, I hope they add the original firefight to Halo Infinite.
