So ive been playing the new Warzone Firefight and discovered that i couldnt use reqs with the message ‘Retrieving Data’ popping up. I thought nothing of it and thought it would fix itself until when the game ended i found that my rank has been reset to 1 ive lost all reqs, commendations on my account. Whats worse i can can play firefight games with my account only its the basic armour and basic colours which is making me wonder if this is irreversible. My account was level 97-8 and ive lost everything, id like this problem to be fixed or be refunded all the money i put into this game and at the least for all the time i put into it.

Yeah It’s pretty common. Has happened to me once or twice. It’s just your console and their servers not being able to communicate. Glad someone was able to help you out with it!

It’s quirky. My REQ system never works right off the bat, and often abandons me after a few matches, so I have to quit and restart the game several times.
This has been happening since launch… not a bug that Firefight introduced.
