Watch this and remember, those who don’t like Halo 5 are still on your team and want Halo to survive and prosper.
343 employees don’t care about Halo, and don’t care for their paying customers; they just care about their swanky apartments in the beautiful pacific northwest.
The Halo community deserves a team that loves the game and loves the community, not people like this.
With so many instrumental employees leaving 343, now is the chance for the community to voice its opinion about the development of Halo. The bashing has been going on for ages, sometimes justifiably and sometimes not, but it has gotten to the point where it is our time to be as “entitled” as possible.

Lazy link. I don’t have time to watch it now, but I’ll see what it’s all about.

I may agree with some of this, but really we are owed nothing. Halo 5 is still my favorite Halo to date even if I can’t play it right now.
Saying all 343 does is care about money is wrong in my mind since many of the things this community has called for has in fact been implemented in some way. FireFight was not going to come but it did. Even if the current form is not what the past games had. Forge saw a massive addition and correct me if I am wrong but they listened to the big forges for the most part.

Or is this thread like that video about MCC? In which case I think there is a forum for that.
MCC was a bust but demanding someones head roll in my opinion is a little much. I can see where that 343 employee came from when he said the consumer is expecting so much. 10 years ago you had a single player and like 5 different game modes. Now we get tons of content for the most part and I am not only talking about Halo here.
I play what I enjoy and so far 343 has made enjoyable games for me. MCC was ok since all I wanted it for was the single player, but I hated that they took out the armor customization.

From that video I am seeing one employee make a post that should have been worded better and then you blaming the whole team. I mean… Come on man. That kinda comes off as spoiled.

you’re missing the point man. it isn’t a post that should be worded better; the employee should be fired. When you do business, the customer is absolutely always right, especially when they are returning customers for over a decade who are the reason why the franchise still exist.
