If this is not a hate thread to the only Halo species just look at my Gamer Tag it puts my race with elites because elites are awesome. This is fun for the community at giving ideas for new aliens in Halo 5 or future Halos. So please if someone put something down do not taunt them or make fun of.
Halo is now no longer just humans on the retreat. I’m sure that we are rebuilding an trying to repopulate but it is clear that we can’t right another war with any of the Covenant Species. With humanity only numbering in 200 million while brutes and elites lay in the billions. We have such a small chance to win if war breaks out. If the brutes go into total war and 80% of their people go to war, they could literally not fire a shoot and charge us down in every battle. The Sangheili as well outnumber us but have blown the brutes out of the water. Look up a
Sangheili’s War is Never Over if you feel uninformed about what happened Thel and Rtas are there so it is a cool thing to see.
Moving on, if 343i needs a new species something that would fight against the Covenant or humanity they need not to look further than their fans.
So i say that in glory for the next Halo maybe people should be throwing out ideas for new species to be in Halo. Having a new threat besides Forerunners makes alot of since for many reasons one being that if Forerunner tech starts killing humans that wouldn’t in the slightest logic make sense. So i believe that 343i needs to explain the Forerunners more but go beyond that and focus more on relevant things. I’m pretty sure there are other aliens out in our galaxy that either hate the Covenant since the probably the Covies either raped their world of resource and burmied their people or they trying to force their religion on them, when meet with resistance they were glassed. It is possibly to avoid a glassing so there could be possibly hundreds of aliens out that with a bane of hatred of the Covenant and now that they are weak these aliens could ban together to bring down humanity and the former species of the Covenant.
So i say that all those who have amazing ideas for aliens, put them here. Let 343i know that Halo could be more than the species that if you ask me they have made to look like pushovers. In Halo 4’s campaign on heroic I saw an Elite be killed by a scientist who had no military training. So that is all it takes now, maybe the 200 million humans could bring down the 8 billion elites or the 12 billion brutes if that is what we have in store for us.
So i ask that that people put down ideas for new aliens. Comical trolls to honor bound plant people.
if you wish to list your species please go by this form when presenting them.

The Sharquoi should be added, they are canon as shown from Tales of the Universe

The Humans are weak, but they are tenacious. Even the smallest ones hurl themselves against our defenses with honor. If only the Unggoy were as committed.
>>> I wonder about the Humans, Commander. Their technology is limited, but some of it is useful and their battle techniques are impressive. They are excellent strategists. But what I ask is this: Why have we not offered them the absolution of the Covenant? From the beginning of this war, the Prophets have made no attempt to absorb them or even offer the option of honorable submission. Why?
Perhaps they fear them? We do not know where their homeworld is. Their pattern of retreat is either hopelessly random, or brilliantly conceived. What if the Humans have more power, more numbers than we suspect? What if they lead us to a trap?
>>> No. I do not think that is the reasoning. They continue to lose territory, and pattern or no pattern, these defenses must be part of a perimeter. I suspect we are forcing them into a tighter arena than they care to fight in - soon we may be able to use the Sharquoi. And their victories, however few, always rely on the same thing - strategy, brute force, or luck. No. The only secret they hold is the location of their homeworld.
What about the atrocity at Halo? That was not luck, nor brute force. The Demon is a mystery. He outwitted and outfought entire legions on Halo. Perhaps there are more like him?
>>> I do not believe that. We have seen their kind before and destroyed them. Their numbers have dwindled and there have been no reported sightings since our victory at Reach.
Then why do we continue to hunt them? When surely they merit consideration to accept and embrace the Covenant?
>>> Let us discuss this at a more prudent moment. A Jiralhanae approaches.
