I hope this success now translates to a halo theater release. It’s only natural, from a Web series to TV, now on to the big leagues. CLEARLY shows the audience is there with the success of Halo 5. And that only counting people who are fans of Halo with an Xbox one.
From seeing their work with Halo Nightfall, and their previous trailer works, I would LOVE to see a full movie produced about Halo. It would be awesome!

I suppose myself and… “THE SHATINATOR” are trying to uphold somewhat higher forum standards.
Arguably a superfluous battle, but a battle nonetheless.
“Games and hardware”. They are literally counting controllers, mics, consoles, etc. that are related to Halo 5 as “Halo 5”, and not strictly counting the game sales.
You’re naive if you think Halo 5 has sold more game copies than Halo 2 or 3 based on a figure given by the company that created Halo 5. They are trying to build more hype, which is fine, but it doesn’t mean anything until we see the actual figures on the number of games purchased.

I was wrong. Apparantly Halo 5 is wildly popular regardless of the flaws that don’t prove my personal enjoyment. I’m happy that the launch was good for 343. I hope the rest will be good as well for them. I myself just wish to see a few things different. But hey, I have no influence.

I wouldn’t say widely popular. There was only 7 million matches played in the first week. By comparison, Reach had 70 million matches in the first week, and COD:AW had 370 million matches in the first week.

Microsoft counts controllers, mics, etc, as accessories. They don’t factor those in to the sales of Halo 5.
The only things that have contributed to the $400million in sales are halo 5 consoles, and the various versions of the game itself. Controllers headsets and anything else are not a part of that number. And that’s $400million in the first week of the game being out.

Honestly I remember reading artical it was comparing Halo to Avatar apprently the script was AMAZING and was going to cost even more so then Avatar.PLEASE 343 JUST MAKE IT HAPPEN! For goodness sake world of war craft is getting a movie and it’s a MMO

They are making a Halo television series.
Here I thought this was a serious topic about how bad Halo 5 is and the impending downfall of the franchise. Oh well.

With Spielberg yes, but a TV show cannot compare to the big screen everything is just so much better from graphics to the actors. Obviously there are exceptions like game of thrones.
