The alleged dedicated servers in Brazil, are crap, are disconnected all the time, and usually appear foreign, advantageously ping, very high. Average of 3 seconds longer to bring down an American player.
For example, American players kill 3 headshots in, Brazilian players, kill 5 or 6, on average, absurd !!!
