What are the differences between the EVA armor variants and how am I supposed to get them? All I have now is EVA Leonov helmet and chest and the Hadfield chest

Open more req packs. Start with bronze - silver then gold. Move on when you have unlocked everything in that rarity. There is not that much of a difference.

Difference is usually just different patterns that allow for different coloring to take place.
