Think about it, the companionship provided by cortana is gone, leaving a vacuum, but the Chief is back home with humanity, and for those that read the books, we know that Blue Team is still kicking and a good candidate to fill that gap. Who knows John better than the team of spartans he grew up with, trained with, and fought alongside his entire life?

haha, that would be pretty interesting though, i’d have to admit.

but 343 definitely has been presented with a golden opportunity to give them an entrance into the game’s canon (aside from linda, who’s technically in Halo as of the Anniversary release =P)and flesh them out as characters.

What about Wash? He’s now part of blue team (Since Episode 1, Season 10).

OT: This would be an interesting idea. would love to see what 343i do with it.

Yeah me too the problem is that they’re still stranded on the spirit of fire somewhere in the galaxy…

OT: Yes!!! It’s about damn time John reunites with blue team. It would be awesome watching him lead them. Plus there’s 4 of them (excluding the spartan 3s’) perfect for a 4-player campaign. Imagine choosing between either John, Fred, kelly and Linda as playable characters.
