Is there any way to change/equip a Halo 5 Emblem through Waypoint on Halo 5 like you are able to change your armor or does this apply to armor only?

Nah, sadly the only way to change your emblem is on the Xbox version of Halo 5

would be cool if they added one for Waypoint, would be quicker & faster (but not with that framerate drop when using the customization thing)

No, but this would be a good idea for Waypoint.
