Couldn’t post this on Monday cause i was banned until now but I watched the E3 Conference and that blew my mind the campaign and warzone ive seen a lot of vehicles and i like what 343 has done changing the looks of weapons and vehicles they all look cool and the graphics phenomenal and for those who are hoping for elites might be happy i saw a video a few weeks ago by halo-follower and probably Ready up live and he was talking about the 2nd mission Blue Team he said that when they run into this huge area and the Elites have there own abilities so that might be a hint to them returning to multiplayer but who else was excited about E3 and what is your thoughts about what i just said about elites from halo followers or ready up lives video i think RUL said it i forgot though

You wouldn’t be wrong actually. There have been multiple factors that lead to the possible return of elites. The biggest one was the one 343 revealed in a community Q&A when asked if elites would participate with spartans in the war games. The answer was cryptic but it revealed the mysterious Anvil Initiative. The ANVIL initiative indicates a number of very select joint training between Spartan-IV’s and Sangheili of Arbiter AKA Thel Vdam’s Swords of Sanghelios aboard ANVIL station and the UNSC Infinity as part of several peace treaties.

Where and when? If its from that reddit forum its not to be trusted. ll only believe it if its official announced here on waypoint by 343.

Been around for 15 years of Halo now and I really just do not understand all the tears over Elites being playable or not. They were cute, at best lol. Plus, multiplayer has a hint of lore attached to it and Elites really wouldn’t make much sense in the current/future context.

That channel features more ‘‘theories’’ then facts. Mostly when it comes to information on new games, it’s pure speculation and ideas. Often results in hype, built upon false hopes.

You know lore was never a factor in multiplayer, fun was, until Halo 4 when they started with all this war games simulation stuff. But who asked for lore in multiplayer? Don’t we already have a supposedly massive campaign in Halo 5 for us who care about story?

So far the ANVIL Initiative has to do only with the Anvil Station (Halo Online) and nothing towards the UNSC Infinity. Where did you get that information from?

Better than just having some senseless multiplayer fighting as seen in every -Yoinking!- FPS MM game ever. I love how Halo is making something innovative and puting a story behind MM. And yes, Elites can be in canon (Anvil Initiative as seen in Halo Online) but it does not fit in with H5 or H4 because we’re on the UNSC Infinity. There would not be Elites on a human warship

I’d still like to know why Elites are a big deal…seems like a waste of energy and development to me.

Exactly… I could see it being a big deal in the first couple weeks but eventually most would opt for the superior customization of the Spartans anyways.
