Halo 5 download came with console and can’t get it

I have a halo 5:guardians edition Xbox and it came with the digital code of the game and now i can’t find it in my games and apps and when I search it up in the store it says buy for $19.99 or play with game pass.

Did you o use the code? Enter it than download and it should appear.
Edit: I have the console and code myself. Also did you buy it used?

The digital code does not expire, so you should be able to redeem it in the store.

Did you enter the code at the online store where it says use a code? It’s not pre-installed on the console.

You’re a level 40? You’re playing the game. Is this resolved or are you just joking around with people at this point ?

His recent multiplayer game was in 2019. What he is saying is that he had Halo 5: Guardians but it is no longer there.

Cod3killer2735, I would submit a ticket at the Halo Support website, and see if their suggestions can help you. It also wouldn’t hurt to contact Xbox Support either, and see if they can help you.
