So like the above says, my game will not play. I click on it and nothing happens. No error message. No launch. Just nothing. All other games work fine.
I have tried:
Hard reset
Deleting saved game data
Deleting game and reinstalling
Deleting my gamer profile then adding again
My network is fine
Anyone else ever have this problem? Any solutions? Im trying to avoid calling microsoft.
Whats the size of your h5?
If hard reset and unistall/reinstall doesn’t work odds are you will have to call Microsoft.

Yep! Sometimes you have to reinstall games multiple times. I have had to reinstall games up to 3 times before they worked.
