Halo 5 Digital version, Multiplayer doesn't work

I buy the xbox one halo 5 edition 1TB and includes Halo 5 guardians in digital, I download it (meanwhile the xbox was turn off in Instant on mode)and i play it when it finished. Then I play like 3 missions of campaign and The next day I put the code of Xbox gold for 14 days that includes the Xbox Halo 5 edition and I put the multiplayer, everything right, i see the players, the mode, and when it says 4/4 stop right there and says “ATTENTION There was an issue with the Halo 5: Guardians servers. Please try again” WHAT HAPPEN?! PLEASE HELP ME!

Yeah like 20 times but nothing

Try logging into Xbox gold on your PC first. Sometimes the are terms that must be accepted.

Call 1-800-4my-xbox they may be able to go thru the list for you and check your pending downloads. Sum may have not downloaded.
