Halo 5 Digital Preorder Bonus?

So I have listed on my Xbox that I have the Digital Preorder Bonus, which reads:

> The Halo 5: Guardians – Digital Pre-Order Bonus includes a loadout weapon and custom skin usable in the Warzone multiplayer mode.

However, I don’t appear to have received this in game. The only custom skin I have is the Vengeance skin for the Assault Rifle, which was the one unlocked from the Experience Halo 5 Guardians site where you watch the 10 videos.

So two questions. What exactly was the Pre-Order Bonus meant to unlock, and has anyone else experienced this problem?

Check your requisition packs under ‘open pack’. You’re supposed to get Lagrange weapon skin and a Recon AR with an energy bayonet.

I have the same problem, I have got the Promotional Req pack, but none of the items stated on Gamestop site. I am very eager to get the the Teishin Raikou armour set. If someone can help, It would be greatly apreciated.
