A week ago I purchased the Halo 5 Guardians Xbox One and received a digital deluxe code to predownload the game prior. The game has downloaded but upon release time it’s not allowing me to play and telling me I’m too early when I’m sitting beside two friends who have been playing for 3 hours.
Microsoft support, after 2 hours, advised me to contact you for any help, the best answer I got was perhaps my locale was messed up and it’s trying to play the wrong region of the game and advised me to contact the game dev for further help.
All I’m wondering is if I purchase the game again and try a new code can I be refunded for the other? Or, can I get whatever version I have locked and the proper version on the Aus market unlocked?
