I purchase Halo 5 Deluxe Edtion from Amazon, and the code refused to work. I entered the code the exact way it was on the thing, and nothing happened. Can someone at 343i, or Microsoft hook me up with a new code?
When you say nothing happened OP, that’s a bit vague. After entering the code, as long as it was a valid Xbox Live code, it would should you what the code was for and allow you to redeem it. If the code is invalid then it would show you an error message with a reason why you can’t download it.
I would check in with Xbox Live Support who will be able to check the code out for you. If you need a replacement though, that’s probably something you would need to take up with Amazon if that’s where you bought the game
