I also use the Wheelman perk at all times playing Warzone Firefight. Even with all this, I was killed inside of the Wasp, but the Wasp was still alive, and when i respawned 30 seconds later to go reclaim it, it had despawned.

I read the article, and it does seem like a very thought out and excellent idea, although thats not the point i’m trying to make here.
The point I’m trying to make it that when a vehicle gets shot, the driver takes damage. Take my example from earlier: A Spartan is in a Warthog, and a when the Warthog gets shot, say, in the rear, the Spartan ALSO takes damage, even though he wasn’t directly hit. <---- That, is the problem i’m presenting.
The article would allow vehicles to have more a impact in vehicle combat, yes, but the problem of Spartans sharing vehicle damage would still remain.

> Having played Halo: Combat Evolved multiplayer, it is really reminiscent of how in Halo CE you would take like 70% of the damage done to your vehicle, and the vehicle was indestructible.
Yes, it follows taking damage in all games, but in Halo 5 I think it’s just too much at times. I was in an Oni Tank and died by a blast of the new Grunt Mech, with the tank still operational. I don’t remember thinking as hardly about this as i did past Halo games, although it is still present.
