I agree, we should have p2p servers as a backup for when the not so reliable dedicated servers go down or disconnect you. However this most certainly won’t be changed for Halo 5 as they are working on the “new” games now.

That type of attitude is also not constructive. Perhaps make your original post more… articulate and you’ll get a more positive response, because the general consensus is that people agree with your topic.
