Hello, one and all, my name is PFC Brunson, Olaf (US Army)
I’m sitting here this weekend in the barracks patiently waiting for Halo 5 to come out in South Korea so I can play, over and over, the campaign as well as fiddle around with one of my favorite aspects of any Halo game; Custom Games and Forge mode.
Here is what I am hoping is improved or retained from previous titles (some of these are kinda no-duh’s):

-Juggernaut
-Oddball
-Race
-Territories
-VIP
-Infection (NOT flood. Flood was too limiting! I want to be able to make fun games like “Terminator”!)
-Headhunter
-Stockpile
-Dominion (Basically the forge-able version of Warzone on non-warzone maps, taking what is possible from the gametype and bringing back Auto-sentries!)
-Extraction
-Regicide (could do without this one, since it’s basically weak juggernaut) -
CUSTOMIZATION____-Appearance (Primary and secondary, all available colors)
-Primary weapon
-Secondary weapon
-Grenades
-Movement Speed
-Infinite Ammo (bottomless clip too)
-Infinite Grenades (Dodgeball!)
-Infinite Abilities (Hover in place… FOREVER!)
-Infection option: Reversal (If you are infected and a non-infected player kills you, you rejoin the non-infected. Good for Red Rover gametypes)
__-Halo 2 Anniversary Infection Options (I like the different types of Alpha Zombies thing. Can be disabled, of course)
-FORGE-
-Expand scenery list (Every bit of scenery available in Campaign should be available in forge! If it moves, I should be able to use it in my maps!)
-Human, Covenant, and Forerunner themes on ALL forge maps (Should be a prop trait similar to switching colors)
-New Lights (Lightballs are okay, but we could use stuff like the floodlights from Halo 3 that actually emit light!)
-MOAR SCRIPTED (Need I say more? Doors of different sizes and variety, expanding bridges, light bridges, etc!)
-Vehicle PROPS (Can include vehicles we normally can drive plus ones that might be in the background. this fits into scenery. Destroyed vehicles, even big things like busted in ScarabscoughTURFcough)
-More variety in Natural as well as making it blend better (inclines, pillars, block-like slabs, and some effect stuff like waterfalls, smoke, etc)
-Effects (Effects are kind of lame as they are, and do little for actual map building purposes. Effects should be a modifiable area like a trait zone and have things in it like rain, snow, fog, ash, flying bugs, etc. Particles within a modifiable area to bring maps to life)
-_AI (_I know you’ve hear this one a million times, but we know it is possible, seeing modder videos on youtube from Halo 3, Reach, and Halo 4. Even just little stuff like the beetles on one of the maps in the beta on the crashed covenant ship or birds.)
-Modifiable Kill Balls
-Vastly expand all existing categories
Welp, that’s all I can think about right now. It’s going to be a looooong 2 and a half months or so!
