I have recently bought halo 5 and am about halfway through it, after added the most recent download the game just crashes.
I have spent days trying lots of things with microsoft support including restoring the console to factory settings, deleting the game several times etc, but nothing works and the games tries to load, the 5 sec countdown starts then instead of loading it crashes and goes back to the xbox one home page.
HELP!
