After a matchmaking game I will go into my reqs and my Halo 5 will black screen and instantly shoot me to my Xbox One homepage. This happens 2-3 times a day, resulting in having no idea what I unlocked and getting booted from my fireteam and my teammates going in down a player. Anybody else getting this issue? What can I do to prevent it until there is a fix?
Try using Ethernet, set your Nat to open.

Thanks for the tip, I am right next to my router so I suppose i could try a hardwire, but this does not seem to be a network related issue. The game is black screening and crashing.

Yep. It is almost always req-related, from what I’ve experienced
It really pisses me of that after completing a game of arena, it appears that I was kicked out of the game and I get banned!!

It’s a software glitch… If you finish a game and back out to the lobby and hit “Y” to look at reqs the game crashes. If you back out one more step which takes you out of the lobby the screen where you choose arena or warzone, etc. It doesn’t crash. It happened to me for days until I figured it out. Has nothing to do with ISP or Network.
I’ve experienced this before, usually when it happens 2 or 3 people are dropped from out fireteam.

So I have to back all the way out to the lobby to look at my reqs? That’s obnoxious, especially if I am leading a fireteam or am not the leader (in which case I simply cannot access my reqs for fear of crashing) I wonder if 343 is aware of this issue and if there is anything they can do about it.

It’s gets real annoying… You have to back out past the lobby to open the daily win pack. You have to one step back to the screen that where you choose what game you want to play. (campaign, WZ, Arena, Forge, etc.) That’s what I’ve been doing.
Edit: Yes they can fix it whenever they get around to it…hahaha
