Halo 5 Crashing After Xbox One X Update

So after the new update to improve everything for the Xbox One X, pretty much after every game I play the game freezes. This is especially annoying when I’m hosting customs and I lose most of my players due to this irritating crashing. I haven’t bought the X yet so I’m still using the One, could this be the problem? If so would it make playing Halo 5 on Xbox One pretty much obsolete for me? Anyone else having this issue?

I’m having this issue on the X, I think it’s patch related, not console

yeah especially big team its horrible ive been forced to play garbage Halo 5 infection again im going nuts.

Yeah, every play session ends in a crash for me - made a post about this last week and Pmed a moderator but no response. Game is unplayable.

yep it crashes all the time. more on xbox x than on the regular Xbox one

I can’t remember exactly… I believe strboy (mod) stated it. It was a week or so ago… Sorry. It locks up on the xbox one and the one x.

Yesterday I played campaign first mission, at the end the movie started to slow and the game freezed with a circle in the botton left turning. (sorry for bad english)

Anyway resetted twice without success

Stuck on home screen. Just bought the Xbox one and halo 5 guardians to play online. Day 1 = nothing.

“Attention
Unable to connect to the Halo 5 guardians lobby service”

What is happening here???

2018 and I still freeze after just about every game. This is the worst triple a game to be released of all time.
