Way more than any other game.
Reinstalling doesn’t fix it. Wiped my xbox clean to factory reset. The game still crashes so much.
Haven’t getting any of those problems at all. Maybe bad glitches but no crashes.
I think you have bigger problems, if it has wiped everything. Might be the XBOX it self.
My game will just randomly crash too. It isn’t so often that the game is a broken mess but enough that I get frustrated. It also will normally affect everyone in my lobby.

I doubt it I have done it twice unless he erased everything then he is probably screwed.

I think the OP might have meant, the Xbox was intentionally wiped as an attempt to solve the problem?
Also, sometimes Halo 5 randomly dashboards me. It’s extremely annoying when it happens, especially during a match.
I have never experienced a full game crash of H5. Close as I can recall that I was sent back to the dashboard a couple of times when opening a daily win pack but even that hasn’t happened in a long time.

This does make more sense. Yes it is extremely annoying!
Mine crashes randomly as well. Sometimes full game crash, other times back to main menu. It happens about once every other week. Sometimes more but not consistent.
It looks like 343 is trying to work out other issues with the servers.

I get a game crash at least once every play session. By crash I mean the game closes and sends me to the dashboard, where I have to reload it. It almost always happens when trying to open a req pack (it stutters, freezes, then closes), but sometimes it’ll just close and dashboard me when I’m in a lobby waiting for a game to start. When I’m in a party and it happens, it only happens to one person. Then I have to reload the game and either wait until someone leaves the match so I can rejoin my party, or sit in menus until the match is finished.
BF4 was having really bad crash issues at launch, but they fixed then shortly after. This issue with H5 has been there for a year…

I highly doubt it. It’s a new 4 week old Xbox one S. It’s the game.
As everything else runs wonderfully.
The game isn’t smooth at all as well. After a game, simply backing out of a menu would lag spike. (A guaranteed lag spike)
I’ve been getting a lot of freezes lately when transitioning from the post-game stats to the playlist menu. It’s usually a good 20+ seconds. Last night I also had a game quit for losing the server connection. The game wasn’t in my history so I’m guessing everyone got booted.
It’s started crashing a bit more often than it did before at least once a day.

I cant connect and its been about an hour
