I just got the game and after it downloaded it crashed, it did this constantly so I took it back thinking it was the disc, after bringing home a new copy it still kept crashing.
try turning off the console, and disconnect the power suply cord. i had the same trouble two days ago, and disconnecting the cord it work perfectly
