Happens to everyone lol you’re not the first. (Happened to me at least 10 times, and that’s just for the legendary boosts)

Double check after your next match,
I have been getting them back, including the mission victory ones after a loss. They reappear after your next match if they weren’t used.

They don’t re-appear for leaving game/disconnects. I have noticed that they re-appear for JIP, so no more posts about that.
