Who the hell wants to play as this jungle spearchucker in Halo 5 am I right guys?

I think he uses a br. Do u think they ll implement spears?

Is this a racist post? Cuz it sure looks like one.

As as got the topic, I am very excited to play as Locke and see the opportunities for character development that he presents to the other characters, as well as his himself.

I’m pretty sure it is. I’m reporting it either way.

Welcome to the wonderful world of racism where you are an -Yoink-.

Nice sense of humor. All I’m saying is I’ve been playing Halo since Halo 1 and I don’t want a “split campaign.” Character development in terms of learning about Master Chief’s past through the eyes of Agent Locke or whatever their intentions are can easily be achieved through cinematics. We don’t need to play as the character to learn about him or other characters. Playing as the Arbiter was a bit more sensible, as the covenant was in their own “world,” if you will, so we couldn’t fully understand them unless we played as a covenant character.

I bet you hated Halo 2, then.

Quite the contrary, actually. I’ve been hoping to play as the arbiter again ever SINCE Halo 2. I’d even like to play a couple campaign missions as a flood. I just don’t want to play a split campaign in Halo 5 as another spartan. I mean Master Chief is the BEST spartan, so why play as another spartan who by definition is a scrub compared to the Chief?

I hope Locke has more team based like republic commando game play as opposed to chief being solo. If they end up playing pretty much exactly the same it would be lame imo.

You know, to enhance the story and experience?

Besides, Chief isn’t the best. He is the luckiest.
Kelly is faster. Fred is a higher rank, a better leader, the best spotter, and is more skilled in close combat. Linda is a better sniper. Kurt was better at avoiding traps.
To name a few.

If you stick to the universe section, it’s actually quite pleasant. The universe section is like a flower surrounded by compost.

Well now you’ve ruined it! They’re aware of it’s presence.

You are better off going to Beyond. The community here is just a huge disappointment.

Ummmm, we don’t need to play as a new spartan in a normal Halo campaign to enhance the story and experience. Once again, that’s what cinematics are for. We needed to play as the arbiter in 2 to learn about the other side of the war, Agent Locke is on the SAME SIDE as the Chief. Your argument against Chief being the best spartan is insane at best, and almost “report” worthy. LONG LIVE THE CHIEF 117

I wouldn’t mine using the rumored armor ability. Waiting by your mailbox in your underwear holding a colt.

Master Chief is the best spartan, he is Halo. Screw this Locke guy. I’m with renegade, throw some cinematics in there and give us the Chief!
