HALO 5 COULD NOT FIND A SEVER SUITABLE FOR ALL MEB

I am incredibly feed up with 343 and Microsoft. I used to play Halo 5 everyday and have put probably a hundred thousand hours into Halo during my gaming career. Halo 5 used to work and every other game works perfectly online. I play alone or with people and get this message “COULD NOT FIND A SERVER THAT WAS SUITABLE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR FIRETEAM!” This is ridiculous! Why did I even buy this game if I could only play it for a few months? 343 is impossible to contact and Microsoft says call 343, but there is no number or even email! This is absolutely -Yoink- customer service. Does anyone know how to fix this or get ahold of these company because they are certainly making me want to buy a Ps4 and say -Yoink- HALO AND MICROSOFT/343.

Generally a cold reset of your Xbox can resolve one-off issues like this. Hold the Xbox power logo for 10 seconds so that the cold reset begins.

Make sure you read the OP and try to be more calm and constructive. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, comments like

just make the people that can help you… not want to help you. When people shopping in my little convenience stores would say things like that my thought was “Good. Go be their problem.” Note I’m not saying 343 carries the same attitude, and I certainly don’t speak on their behalf.

Just trust me- you should try losing the “Do this or I’'ll shop somewhere else” attitude.
