Unfortunately Halo 5 won’t be having mountain dew game fuel this year, because COD has stolen it from Halo.
It seems COD is purposely trying to push Halo’s buttons this year. They ditched Xbox partnership and side with Playstation partnership, wich will cut into Halo’s sales as it can only sell on Xbox. For the finishing blow, Black Ops 3 has stolen MountianDew Gamefuel from Halo 5, and will be advetising it with the playstation marketing further stealing from Halo’s sales ( http://www.hardcoregamer.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/uMZ8jNJ.jpg ).
Halo started Mountain Dew game fuel with Halo 3’s world shakingly popular launch. Halo 4 had a great history with Mountain Dew game fuel marketing. It’s Halo has the RIGHT to have Game Fuel marketing with Halo 5: Guardians as it created gamefuel essentially. We need to convince 343i to keep contacting MountainDew to get a gamefuel partnership as well. If not, then they need to partnership with another drink company.
We are all Halo fans, lets come together as a community and get 343 Industries the gamefuel Halo 5 partnership that it deserves.

You can still buy Mountain Dew. It’s not like there’s a rule against drinking it while you play Halo if it doesn’t say Halo on the bottle.

Mountain Dew bonus exp was an essential part of what made Halo such a classic game. Bring back the true Halo. Bring back Game Fuel.

Screw COD. Period.

You couldn’t pay me to drink that stuff.

You’re joking right?

While having game fuel is cool and all, it won’t make Halo 5 any less Halo if it doesn’t have a marketing deal with Mountain Dew. There is plenty of other soft drinks and food they can latch the Halo brand name to.

I could, but I will not be buying mountain dew with Black Ops 3’s label on it and give them money. That marketing money belongs to Halo.
