So I ordered (both) halo 5 controllers from Amazon. The green MC controller came with a card with the REQ pack code on it, but the silver “Locke” controller only came with a card advertising the controllers! No REQ pack!
I waited a bit and searched around, but don’t see anybody else with this issue. I just don’t know who I should contact about this.
Anybody have the same issue? It’s not the end of the world, but I really would like that Resolute visor.
I would primarily get in contact with Amazon support and see what they say about the missing content. They may be able to supply it to you or point you in the right direction of what to do

I briefly tried to get in contact with the seller/Amazon, but I couldn’t figure out how to contact the seller without posting a public review. I’ll look into that again, but I may just post it in the review and hope for the best.
Edit: Ahh! I googled “Amazon customer service” and it actually took me straight to the page where I could select the specific item and note my issues. Here’s hoping they respond!
I just bought the Spartan Locke controller and they didn’t add my two batteries. It’s not as bad as them forgetting to put your req pack in but still. Whoever is packing these needs to get fired.
Ah man that sucks, the main reason I got these controllers is for the unlocks… well, that and I had paid 40 for my beat up controllers that got traded in towards them, lol.
