Hey guys, I found a gallery from a UI designer from 343 today and the concept UI looks very very awesome. I don’t know why they didn’t use it for the final release build. The concept ones are so much better!!

They are pretty sweet looking concepts, I was looking over them earlier today. Always find that with concept work though - it’s what’s manageable / feasible / acceptable that ends up making it in the end
well the concept art lacks certain lighting elements
there are also small GUI changes that do look better but remember this is Halo: MLG eSports Mtn Dew Doritos No Scope Noob Combo edition
gotta keep it simple and balanced for “everyone” while the other 90% of players wonder what happened to the franchise…

Those look really, really, cool. Especially some of the backgrounds for the playlists, the Spartan selection menu, and that Smart-Link UI clip.
Oh my, that Smart-Link UI was brilliant. Sure, it was slow, but I would love it if they had sped it up and implemented it into the final game.

Ikr! It fits much better with the game than the current one!! It also gives it a much more futuristic vibe to it, which is what Halo really needs.
Hopefully they add them back in future updates :V
