Hey,
So, me and my girlfriend we come with an idea to create online tournaments for halo 5, I cant tell more than that for now for our reasons. I am a web designer, and she is manager, so we are giving it a try, but we don’t find any place to ask how to get the commercial license for start the entire project, without the license we can’t do nothing. So if anyone from 343 see this please take us seriously. We already did go to our lawyers and accountants, to check if its all under the law and if can be done, it’s all set up and all good.

Hey,
I know the grassrrots program but they say that we only can aply iff we already have a medium size comunity to apply for it, and we cant even have a small comunity if we dont start the website.
